The cold sea breeze and the latitude of the island create micro-climates that make its flora and fauna exquisite. At 150 to 350 meters a.s.l. you observe an environment equivalent to that of an elevation of 500 to 1,200 meters a.s.l. This is where our HACIENDA «EL CAFETAL” is located
