Regenerative priciples

The farm works on the principles of regenerative agriculture, where the top soil built by centuries of leaf litter is enhanced by adding back compost prepared on the farm. All of this together support growth of earth worms and microorganisms that aerate the soil. Traditional social values foster gender equality and fair renumeration enjoyed by the team.
