More than 100 years ago, Mr. Cecilio Lindo came to Costa Rica and bought many estates between the Irazú and Turrialba Volcanoes, land of sugar cane and coffee plantations. Later, he creates the famous Juan Viñas Sugar and Coffee States"On 1945 an investor group led by Manuel Jiménez de la Guardia purchase the estate and founded Hacienda Juan Viñas S.A. which has been growing since then from all generations but always keeping the main goal to provide products of excellence.
