Life on the farm
The Organization works on the integration of youth and children with a focus on inclusion and gender equity for which it has educational programs. We have a scholarship program for low-income youth for their university education which is useful in their community.
Social commitment
We are the first organization in the country to implement its gender policy, after 5 years it served as a model for the cooperative sector in the country, we have defined our policies for the protection of children and adolescents, CoC and safeguard policy that contains social responsibility.
Community engagements
Through its partners, it has a positive impact at the community level with environmental protection actions, significant reduction in the use of harmful agrochemicals, educational campaigns and actions that are defined in the development plan that is currently defined annually based on the resources available.
