I'm curious about the naked filter for espresso machine, (especially in a professional enviroment). Why do you choose it over a classic filter? Or why do you do the opposite? Any pro/con you want to share, will be very welcome.
I'm curious about Decaf Specialty Coffee. I've stumbled into several of them, most of them not so special, just a couple really interesting... what do you think about it? Plus, all the specialty decaf that I've tried until now w
