Hi Chandra,
A blonde roast is a coffee color from the roasting process that gives coffee a lighter appearance and taste without altering flavor or caffeine content. it does not necessarily refer to a specific kind of bean, although starbucks has been known to use blonde beans in their blonde roast coffee
Blonde roast is said to have less acidity than traditional dark-roasted coffees but more caffeine, so it's up to you whether blond coffee tastes better than dark. because blond roasts lack the bitterness of darker roasts, they are often blended with darker roasts for balance, so be aware that what you're getting may not truly be 100 percent blond-roast coffee.
If blonde roast isn't your thing, there's the starbucks blond roast decaf coffee, which is lighter in taste and acidity than traditional dark roast decaf coffees.
If you want to try blond coffee but dont know where to start, check out starbucks!
Usually a blonde roast starbucks latte contains 2 shots of espresso; cinnamon dolce syrup; steamed milk; blonde roast coffee; garnish: vanilla bean powder and cinnamon dusting
The Starbucks Blonde espresso is smooth and mellow with a hint of caramel so it's definitely tasty! If you're not sure about blonde roast, just ask for a sample at starbucks. or, try blonde starbucks iced coffee without syrup for a more subtle taste.
