Can you make hot chocolate using a coffee maker?

You can make hot chocolate with your coffeemaker. Using a regular coffeemaker, you can mix cocoa powder with the hot water that drips on the carafe. If you have an espresso machine, the frothing wand is an excellent choice because you can heat and steam milk and mix it with cocoa powder. In both cases, you'll be using the machine to heat the solution, more than making hot chocolate, but it's a nice way to take advantage of your coffee machine.
