Yes! One of the most common ingredients is milk, which contains lactose sugar. Some flavoring, usually vanilla extract, also includes sugar. But more importantly it has 60-70% more of your main cappuccino ingredient - coffee! That's the general preparation. Odds are that any variation you can think of will have sugar in one form or another. I hope this helps!
