Hard to pick one method, pour over, yes some times Aeropress yes daily, cold brew in the summer, Ibrik/Cezwe in the evening...and a espresso, I have different brewer for diffrent taste...

Mine is certainly French press. As an immersion method, I find it to be a cost-effective way for brewing delicious coffee since you don't need a burr grinder to prepare it!

I think my favorite is AeroPress. It's my secret trick for using older (not as fresh) coffee, because I've noticed that it can extract more out of the beans whenever I use it.
