The iced coffee is made by brewing a concentrated coffee drink that has been mixed with water and poured over ice.
The easiest way to make it is to brew some strong black coffee, add cream and sugar if desired, and pour the mixture over ice cubes in a tall glass. Be careful not to fill your glass more than halfway up with ice cubes because there doesn't need to be any room for the added liquid otherwise the drink will overflow when you add it. You can also mix hot or cold drip brewed coffee directly into an ice cube tray (without adding any water) which will slowly freeze into insulated cubes of iced-coffee goodness on their own!
You can find few recipes of Iced Coffee in the Brewing Guide section. Enjoy it!
