Hey Katrina! I'm pretty sure it will be a really nice event! Just by chance, today when we had a cup of Burundi V60 we've been offered also some dark chocolate (72%) from Honduras. The pairing was not really explained, but it was a nice mix... so I really hope to do a proper pairing soon.

Hey Tanya! I haven't been to any pairings but I've always wanted to! Chocolate and coffee make so much sense since they are both processed similarly and grow in the same regions.
I've also seen some more fun pairings like donuts and cheese. I'd love to host one myself one day when we can have safe coffee events again.
