I guess you mean the last preparation step to bring the beautiful aromas/flavours from the grinded, roasted coffee beans to interaction with for example water (I believe the most used liquid, even if it can come in many shapes). It can usually be done with either hot water (Hot Brew) or cold water (Cold Brew). There are under each temeperature strategy at least as many methods as there is countries in the world. This I hope will be unfolded here in the coffee lab. I already seen some very interesting examples ☕️
