Ristretto et Caféine

Découverte du ristretto. Bien qu'il ait un goût plus concentré et une crème plus onctueuse, le ristretto et l'espresso traditionnel contiennent des quantités similaires de caféine. Cependant, le ristretto contient moins d'amertume et d'acidité, ce qui lui confère un goût plus équilibré et plus doux.
