Caffeine leaves your body at the speed of an 'hourglass'. The average person takes about 9 to 10 hours to digest it out of their system. However, that time can slow down if you drink caffeine with coffee later in your day because the caffeine will stay in your system for a longer period and chances are much higher that you'll feel its effects much later than usual.
