Crush the digestive biscuit into rough crumbs and leave to one side.
Place the ice in the blender.
Pour over the whole milk* and 1 espresso shot**.
*Swap for skimmed or semi-skimmed for a lighter treat.
**or 1 teaspoon of instant coffee dissolved in 25ml boiled water– You can skip this for a caffeine-free drink, or double for an extra hit
Spoon in the marshmallow fluff or syrup and add the chocolate syrup.
Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and either squirt, spoon or pipe on the whipped cream*.
*Whisked to peaks or use tinned squirty cream. For extra marshmallow flavour, whip a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff in with your cream.
Drizzle over chocolate syrup, and sprinkle on a crushed biscuit to finish.
You can also add Fluff Marshmallow on top.
