Take an ice cream scoop and add it to your glass. Use as much ice cream as you want. With ice cream, you can never have enough.
Add your vodka and vanilla liqueur. At this point, we do not want the ice cream to melt too fast.
Add the hot espresso hot on top of the ice cream. Once it is done, stir 3 times so that the ingredients mix.
Pick the tops of the mint bushes and pinch it so it has a small stem. Place that in your ice cream so it will hold it up.
